About Us
Welcome to vAfrica Airlines, a fictional virtual airline.
Our main goal here is to provide a home for all of those interested in flying in Africa.
There are plenty of great african virtual airlines but we still found that there was an opportunity being missed here. Which led us to create a fictional virtual airline that spans the entire continent.
Our goal is ambitious and we understand how much effort it will take us to establish a reputable virtual airline that can cater to a wide audience.
With vAfrica Airlines, we only have a few simple rules.
- If there's an African airport with current or historic routes, we will have them (this is an ongoing effort, but we will get there)
- If a particular aircraft type has flowin in or into Africa, we will have that aircraft type (and yes, we understand that's going to be a lot of aircraft types)
- We don't have our own liveries (yet), so we only care that you fly an african airline livery (there are a few exceptions).
Other than that, we just want to provide an ecosystem for virtual pilots to discover and enjoy all that Africa has to offer. Long haul and short haul flights, mountains and islands, forests and deserts and some very challenging airports.
As simple as that.
